I've done some searching and apparently there were only 12 with this type of conversion in the back put on by Tru-line Caravans in 1970's in WA Australia. I've never seen one other like it and that was years ago now. A 1972 VW combi transporter camper van, 1 of 12 ever converted this way. Cheers, Keith.
